Caroline's on Broadway

Caroline's Comedy club first opened in 1982 as a cabaret club in Chelsea , NY. Caroline Hirsch started booking comedians in her club and helped to launch the careers of several big name comedians. Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, Chris Rock, Tim Allen, Jay Leno, Rosie O'Donnell, and Billy Crystal all had their start at Caroline's.   As the club became more popular, it relocated to Times Square to accommodate the bigger crowds. Carolina Panthers

Carolina Panthers The Carolina Panthers are the American Football team of both North and South Carolina. They are part of the NFL South division and play in Panther Stadium in Charlotte, NC. In 1993, the team was founded as the 29th team in the NFL. Currently there are 32 teams which make up the NFL. The Panthers' last appearance in the Super Bowl was in 2015, but they lost to the Denver Broncos. This was after their only other Super Bowl appearance in 2004, when they were defeated by the New England Patriots. The team colors are black, white, and Panther Blue, and the mascot is named Sir Purr.  In 2018 David Tepper purchased the team from original owner Jerry Richardson for a record breaking $2.3 billion! As shown below, generally teams represent a region or group of states. The Carolina Panthers clearly belong to North and South Carolina. Carol Anne Freeling is a 4 year old girl living in Cuesta Verde, California with her brother and parents. One night, Carol Anne begins communicating with the ghosts in her house. As a clairvoyant, she is able to speak with, hear, and see the ghosts in her home through the family television set.  "They're here" The ghosts believe she is the one who can save them from their doomed existence and so they kidnap her through a portal in Carol Anne's closet and suck her into their dimension...  Played by 5 year old Heather O'Rourke, the trilogy of Poltergeist movies became very successful and she turned into a star overnight. She was recognized everywhere she went. Heather was a very capable 5 year old girl, and Steven Spielberg was impressed with her ability to read the script and memorize pages of it very quickly.
